Sizing & Fit
What size are your hats?
One size. Every cap has an adjustable back, snapback or buckle, so it fits most heads, roughly 21 to 24 inches around. If you're between sizes on most hats, you're fine on ours.
How should it fit?
Snug, not tight. Worn in, the cotton softens and gives a little. If it feels right out of the box, it'll feel better in a month.
Shipping
Where do you ship from?
Los Angeles. Made and packed here.
How fast does it ship?
Orders go out in 1 to 2 business days. Once it's moving you'll get a tracking number by email.
How long until it arrives?
3 to 5 business days after it ships, anywhere in the US.
Is shipping free?
Free over $35. Under that, it's a flat $3 at checkout.
Do you ship internationally?
Not yet. US only for now.
How do I track my order?
The tracking link lands in your inbox when the order ships. If it didn't show up, check spam, then email us.
Returns & Exchanges
What's your return policy?
14 days from the day it lands. Item has to be unused with the tags and stickers still on. Start it through the form on the Exchanges & Returns page.
How do refunds work?
Once we get the hat back, it goes straight to the card you paid with, usually within a few business days.
Can I exchange instead of return?
Yeah. Note it in the comment box on the Exchanges & Returns form with your order number and what you want instead.
Product & Care
What are the hats made of?
It's on each product page, woven into the description. Short version: real materials, cotton twill, corduroy, nylon, depending on the cap.
How do I take care of it?
Spot clean, air dry, keep it out of the machine. A good hat ages well if you let it.
